Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use Tiraz, a service operated by Yusef Syed.

AI-assisted feedback
Outfit checks are style suggestions for a chosen context. They can be wrong and do not guarantee social, school, work, event, or purchasing outcomes.

Style, not bodies
Tiraz is for clothing and styling feedback. Do not use it to score attractiveness, bodies, desirability, identity, race, age, weight, health, or other sensitive traits.

Your content
Upload and publish only photos and text you have the right to use. Avoid private backgrounds, documents, signs, and other people. You keep ownership of your content and give Tiraz only the permission needed to operate the features you request.

Age eligibility
Tiraz is not intended for children under 13. If the law where you live requires an older minimum age to use an online or community service, you may use Tiraz only when you meet that age or have any legally required parent or guardian authorization.

Community Rules
Nudity, harassment, hate, violence, private information, impersonation, illegal content, and spam are prohibited. Posts and comments may be screened before publication and may be reported, removed, or used to restrict community access.

Subscriptions
Prices and renewal terms are shown by Apple before purchase. Purchases and cancellations are managed through your Apple account. Restoring a purchase requires the same store account, and deleting Tiraz data does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Apple license terms
The Apple Standard End User License Agreement is available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ and applies to the licensed iOS app unless App Store Connect presents a different custom license agreement. These Tiraz service terms supplement, and do not replace, the applicable app license.

Service availability
Tiraz may change, suspend, or retire features for safety, reliability, legal, or product reasons. Internet, AI, storage, and store services can be temporarily unavailable.

Account control
You may delete your account in Settings. Tiraz may restrict access when needed to protect users, enforce these terms, or comply with law.
